To this day, the manufactory in Meissen remains the only production site for worldwide sales. The product ranges include Fine Art, Figurines, Tableware & Dining, Home Decor, and Jewelry, offering a unique lifestyle that blends style and enjoyment. MEISSEN impresses not only with iconic masterpieces beyond the ordinary but also creates extraordinary moments for all senses through the MEISSEN experience and its tourism offerings.

Demonstration Workshop:
The demonstration workshop showcases the key steps required to produce Meissen porcelain. The tour begins at the turner’s workstation, continues through the bossing process, and ends with underglaze and overglaze painting. Highly skilled and experienced manufactory staff provide insights into their work and the various production stages.

ManufakTOUR:
The "ManufakTOUR" offers a live experience of porcelain craftsmanship within the real manufactory environment. From the kaolin sourced from its own mine, to the creation of the porcelain mass, the production of white porcelain, model and mold making, the historical mold archive, porcelain painting, and the kiln hall, the tour provides a comprehensive insight into production processes. Sturdy footwear is recommended. The ManufakTOUR is not suitable for people with physical disabilities, wheelchair users, or children under 6 years old.

Museum of the Meissen Porcelain Foundation:
Built in 1916 in the style of a neoclassical festival hall, the museum of the Meissen Porcelain Foundation houses an extensive collection spanning over 300 years of manufactory history. Numerous exhibits illustrate the achievements of Europe’s oldest porcelain manufactory. A highlight is Kaendler's opulent "Swan Service" from the 18th century, impressively displayed in a wall installation.

MEISSEN Store:
After visiting the museum and demonstration workshop, the store within the experience world is the first stop for those who wish to take home a piece of the more than 300-year manufactory history. It offers the largest selection of MEISSEN products: opulent services, famous Meissen sculptures, delicate porcelain jewelry, and unique artworks created in collaboration with external artists.

Café & Restaurant MEISSEN:
The Café & Restaurant, located on the ground floor of the experience world, serves modern regional cuisine. The monthly changing menu features classic Saxon dishes as well as Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, accompanied by characteristic wines from regional vineyards and beers from local breweries. The café also invites guests to enjoy coffee and afternoon tea with a selection of cakes and pastries, including the signature MEISSEN cake adorned with the Crossed Swords, all served on the finest Meissen porcelain.
